1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Delta Concrete Products of Howe Lane Farm, White Waltham, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 3JP, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

Employees of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

By entering, participants confirm that they are the sole creator and copyright holder of the submitted photograph.

3. How to Enter

Entries must be submitted by email to: info@deltacp.co.uk by Friday 27th February, 2026.

Each entry must consist of an original photograph based around the concrete pumping equipment and construction industry.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Entry Requirements

Photographs must be the entrant’s own work and must not infringe the rights of any third party.

Images must not contain offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content.

Any identifiable individuals appearing in the photograph must have given consent to be photographed.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring they have permission to photograph equipment on site.

5. Judging

Entries will be judged by a panel selected by the Promoter based on image quality, creativity, and suitability for use on the front cover of a brochure. If a suitable image is not selected from the competition entries then Delta Concrete Products will decide upon an alternative image.

The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prize

The winner will be given a £250 Delta Concrete Products gift voucher as well as featuring on the front cover.

The winning entry will be featured on the front cover of Delta Concrete Products brochure.

The winner will receive recognition credit where reasonably practical (e.g. name/company attribution).

No alternative prize is available.

7. Rights & Usage

Entrants retain copyright of their submitted photographs.

By entering the competition, entrants grant the Promoter a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute the submitted images for marketing, promotional, and editorial purposes, including print and digital media.

This includes use by the Promoter and its associated companies without further compensation.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the closing date.

If the winner does not respond within 3 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition.

10. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms & Conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
